Thanksgiving

Even though life is not always easy, I have so many things to be thankful for this Thanksgiving. I am so thankful for my family. I love my Dad, sister, and little brother so much. They truly care about me. My Dad raised me in the Gospel and has taught me many things. He has always been there for me. My sister and brother are so kind, I don't know what I would ever do without them. I love them all so much.

I  am so thankful for my friends. They mean so much to me and I love them very much. They have made me laugh until I cried and my laugh when I was crying. My best friend has made school so much better and I am so glad we are going to college together. Other friends have helped me walk closer to the Lord and I am grateful for their prayers. Life has been so much better because I have them in it.

Most of all, I am thankful for my God. I could not make it through this life without Him. I cannot thank Him enough for all that He has done for me, but I will sure try. I am so glad that He died for me and took my place on the Cross on Mt. Calvery. 2nd Corinthians 5:21 KJV says:
"For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him."
He didn't deserve to die. I did. Romans 5:8 KJV tells us:
"But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us."
He loved me while I was still a sinner, enough to die for me. I cannot repay Him for that. I am so grateful that He Sanctified me, giving me a greater desire to live Holy. I am so grateful for His presence and that He will never tire of helping me or leave me. There have been days were all I had was Jesus. I love my Lord so much and I want to serve Him for the rest of my life. Pray that I go all the way with Him.

God bless you all and have a Happy Thanksgiving.
